Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and use Taskify only if you are legally able to agree to these rules. You are responsible for activity under your account and for removing access when a collaborator should no longer participate.
Your content and permissions
You keep your rights in the tasks, files, recordings, and other content you add. You permit Taskify and its service providers to host, process, back up, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the features you choose. You must have authority to upload and share content about other people.
Sharing and organizations
Inviting someone can give them access to a task or space according to the role you select. Organization administrators can manage organization membership and linked organization access, but joining an organization does not reveal unrelated personal spaces. Review recipients and permissions before sharing sensitive work.
Safe and acceptable use
Do not misuse Taskify, probe accounts or data you do not own, interfere with the service, distribute malware, evade limits, or use Taskify for unlawful or harmful activity. Do not store payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, government identifiers, or unsupported high-risk secrets in task fields.
AI-assisted features
AI features can misunderstand handwriting, speech, dates, names, amounts, or project context. Review every result before saving or acting. Do not rely on Taskify output as legal, financial, safety, medical, or other professional advice, and do not submit information you lack authority to process.
Availability, backups, and changes
Early access may change, pause, or experience errors. Keep independent copies of work you cannot afford to lose and use Taskify's export tools regularly. Taskify may restrict access needed to protect users or the service and will communicate material product or policy changes through appropriate account channels.
Payments are not active
Taskify does not currently charge accounts, collect card details, or enforce paid entitlements. Before subscriptions launch, Taskify will publish final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, failed-payment, consumer-rights, legal-operator, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms reviewed for the places where Taskify sells.
